Who can attend Stick and Puck?

Our Stick & Puck drop-in is for everyone!

We have both an All Ages offering and a Family Stick & Puck offering. Our Stick & Puck sessions are for participants looking to focus on their skating, shooting, passing, and puck control. No scrimmages are allowed (please see our Shinny/Scrub/Rat Hockey drop-ins for a scrimmage). Private lessons and goalies are not permitted. We allow a maximum of 30 participants.

All Ages Stick and Puck

*Parental supervision is required for kids 11 years and under.

Family Stick and Puck

*Participant must be under 13 years of age, with an 18+ guardian on ice or at rink side.
*Parental participation with kids is not considered private instruction.
