How do I update my profile?

Website Instructions:

You may need to log into your account before you're able to update your profile information.

Please note: Some profile information isn't visible to anyone but you. This includes your email address, phone number and gender.

To update your Canlan Stats profile, including your name, birthdate, height, and weight from the website:

1. Click on the “Profile” tab in the header tab bar.
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button in the header panel.
3. Click on the field you wish to edit and type in your desired information.
4. When ready, click on the “Submit” button to save your changes.

To update your profile photo from the website:

1. Click on the “Profile” tab in the header tab bar.
2. Click on the “Edit Profile” button in the header panel.
3. Click on the Thumbnail Icon or “Upload profile image” and select the image file you wish to use.
4. When ready, click on the “Submit” button to save your changes.

Mobile App Instructions:

2. Click on the “Settings icon” button in the header bar.
3. Click on the field you wish to edit and type in your desired information.
4. When ready, click on the “Save” button in the header bar to save your changes.

To update your profile photo from the app:

1. Click on the “Account” tab in the bottom tab bar.
2. Click on the “Settings icon” button in the header bar.
3. Click on the “Camera icon” or and follow your device instructions to select the image you wish to use.
4. When ready, click on the “Save” button in the header bar to save your changes.

Please note:

• Make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your Canlan Stats account.
